The firm has also successfully undertaken outsourcing assignments  like:

Provident fund matters, Payroll Management, Company law matters, Company formation, efiling of returns, management and guidance of investments, verification of assets and documents, SEBI and Forward Market Inspections.

The firm undertakes activities as certified efiling centre on behalf of Ministry of company law affairs. Also we are approved efiling intermediary for filing of income tax returns.

The firm has been established on December 01, 1981 by C. A. Anand Sulakhe a Fellow Member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India.

At present the business of the firm is managed by nine partners, three full time employed Chartered Accountants  and the total strength of the staff is thirty-five.
